Links that collect replies need an account. Your form is kept while you sign in.
How it works
- Name the count, for example Main store, October, and list the items with their SKUs.
- Make the link and send it to the people counting. Each one enters their counts on their phone.
- Watch the totals add up per item. Approve supervisors by email so they can follow the list.
- Close the count when you are done and download the list as CSV.

Questions
Do the people counting need an account?
No. They open the link, enter their name and their counts, and send them. You sign in once to make the link and see the totals.
How do supervisors see the list?
Add their email addresses under Approved supervisors and send them the supervisor link. They sign in with that address to see the totals, read-only. We send no email.
Can I open the CSV in Excel?
Yes. The file lists each item's name, SKU and total, and opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Cells are written so a spreadsheet never runs them as formulas.
How long are the counts kept?
Until 90 days after the count closes. Then the counts are deleted; download the CSV if you need them longer.
Where does my count go?
Private until you share or publish it. Your item list stays on this device until you make the link; then it is kept for your team.
