Links that collect replies need an account. Your form is kept while you sign in.
How it works
- Create a session with a name, a location and a capacity if you have one.
- Choose how to stop double check-ins: by email, by phone or not at all.
- Open the session and share the check-in link, or turn it into a QR code for the door.
- Watch the count update every 10 seconds, close the session when you are done and download the list as CSV.

Questions
Do attendees need an account?
No. They open the link, type their name and any details you ask for, and check in. You sign in once to create and manage your sessions.
How do I let people check in by scanning?
Copy the check-in link and make a QR code from it with our QR generator. Print the code at the entrance so people scan it on arrival.
Can someone check in twice?
Not if you turn on duplicate checks. With checks by email or by phone, a second check-in with the same details is shown as already checked in.
What happens when I close the session?
The link stops taking check-ins and shows that check-in is not open. Your list stays available to view and download.
Who can see the check-in list?
Private until you share or publish it. Attendees see only the check-in form, and only you see the list.
