How it works
- Enter the role, department and candidate, and choose a rating scale.
- Start from a template, such as software engineer, salesperson or designer, and set a weight for each criterion.
- Share the scorecard link with each interviewer. They score each criterion, add notes and give an overall recommendation.
- See every submission and the weighted average score as they come in.

Questions
Why use a scorecard for interviews?
Scoring every candidate on the same criteria makes interviews fairer and easier to compare. It also stops one strong impression from deciding the whole result.
How is the weighted score worked out?
Each score is divided by the top of the scale and multiplied by the criterion's weight. These are added up, divided by the sum of the weights and shown as a percentage, so important criteria count for more.
Do interviewers need an account?
No. They open the link and submit their scores. You sign in once to create scorecards and see the results.
Can interviewers see each other's scores?
No. Each interviewer sees only the form. The submissions and the average are shown to you alone, so nobody is swayed by a colleague's score.
Who can see the results?
Private until you share or publish it. Only you see the submitted scores.
