How it works

  1. Enter the event title, date and time, location and a description, and pick an accent colour.
  2. Keep RSVP on to collect replies.
  3. Publish the page and share its link.
  4. Guests reply with their name, email, whether they will come, how many guests they bring and a message, and their replies appear in your list.

Questions

Do guests need an account to reply?

No. They open the link, fill in the short form and send it. You sign in once to publish the page and see the replies.

What does the countdown show?

The days, hours, minutes and seconds until your event starts. Once the time arrives, it shows that the event is happening now.

Can I change the details after sharing the link?

Yes. Edit the event and publish again. The page keeps the same address, so the link you sent shows the new details.

How do I add a map?

Put the full address in the location, and share a map link alongside, which you can build with our map embed tool.

Who can see the replies?

Private until you share or publish it. The event page is public once published, but only you see who replied.
