Find a time that suits every time zone

Example

Time zone names, for example Europe/London.

Meeting time

Mon, 2:00 PM GMT+4

Asia/Dubai

How this is calculated

Your time is turned into one instant using your time zone, including summer time on that date, then shown in each zone with the time zone rules built into your browser. Working hours are 9:00 to 18:00 local time.

Everyone's local time

ZoneLocal timeStatus
Asia/DubaiMon, 2:00 PM GMT+4✓ working hours
Europe/LondonMon, 11:00 AM GMT+1✓ working hours
America/New_YorkMon, 6:00 AM EDToutside 9–18
Asia/SingaporeMon, 6:00 PM GMT+8outside 9–18

Best overlap: 12:00 in Asia/Dubai works for 3 of 4 participants.

How it works

  1. Choose your time zone, the date and the time.
  2. List the other time zones, for example Europe/London, America/New_York, Asia/Singapore.
  3. See each person's local time, with 09:00 to 18:00 marked as working hours.
  4. If the time does not suit everyone, use the suggested hour that suits the most people.

Questions

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Each local time is worked out for the date you pick, so clock changes in places such as London and New York are included.

How do I type a time zone?

Use its standard name, a region and a city, such as Asia/Dubai, Europe/London or America/New_York. The tool tells you if it does not recognise a name.

What counts as working hours?

09:00 to 18:00 in each person's own time zone. Times outside that are flagged so you can see who would join early or late.

Does it allow for weekends?

It shows the weekday next to each local time, so you can spot a meeting that falls on someone's weekend. Remember that weekends differ, such as Friday and Saturday in Saudi Arabia.
