QR generator
Turn any link into a QR code
Runs in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you share it.
How it works
- Paste the link. If you leave off https://, we add it for you.
- The code is drawn in your browser, dark on light, with a clear margin around it so every phone can read it.
- Press Scan test, where your browser offers it, to read the code back on this device.
- Download PNG for screens, SVG for designers, or a PDF at 2, 3 or 5 cm for print.

Questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The code holds your link itself, so it keeps working for as long as the link works. If the address changes, make a new code.
How small can I print a QR code?
Keep it at least 2 cm wide, with a clear margin of white around it. Make it larger for posters that people scan from a distance.
Can I add colours or a logo to the code?
Not inside it. Codes stay dark on light with nothing over them, because colours and logos inside a code make it fail on some phones. Put your brand around the code on your design instead.
Should I download PNG or SVG?
PNG suits screens, documents and social posts. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size, which is what printers prefer.
Where does my link go?
