How it works

  1. Pick a template: general meeting, daily stand-up, one-to-one, retrospective, project kick-off or decision log.
  2. Add the meeting title, date and attendees.
  3. Type your notes one point per line. Start a line with a section name and a colon, such as “Decisions:”, to file it under that heading.
  4. Choose English, Arabic or both, then download the notes as a PDF or share a link.

Questions

What should meeting minutes include?

The date, who attended, what was discussed, what was decided and who will do what by when. The general template gives you sections for each.

How do I put a note under the right heading?

Start the line with the section name and a colon, for example “Action items: Sara to send the contract by Friday”. Lines without a matching heading go under Notes.

Which template should I use?

Use the stand-up for daily check-ins, the one-to-one for manager meetings, the retrospective after a project, the kick-off at the start of one, and the decision log to record why a choice was made.

How do I send the notes?

Download the PDF and attach it to an email, or share a link to the notes page.

Where do my notes go?

You make it in your browser. Download PDF sends the document to our server to make the file; it is checked there and not stored. Nothing else is sent unless you share it.
