How it works

  1. Choose the page size: A4, Letter, or a page the size of each photo.
  2. Add your photos. Move them up and down into the order you want.
  3. Make the PDF, and wait while it is built on your device.
  4. Download the PDF.

Questions

Will photos taken sideways come out sideways?

No. A phone writes the picture one way up and records which way the camera was held. This tool reads that and turns the page accordingly, which is the step most tools skip, and the reason scanned receipts so often arrive on their side.

Why will it not take my iPhone photo?

Newer iPhones save in HEIC rather than JPEG, even when the file is named .jpg. The tool reads the file itself rather than its name, so it can tell you exactly that. Either set Camera, Formats to Most Compatible on the phone, or export the photo as JPEG first.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. They are read and the PDF is built on your device, and neither leaves it. Photographs of documents are often the most private thing a person has on their phone, which is why this one runs where it does.

What does the fit the photo page size do?

It makes each page exactly the shape of its photo, with a small margin, instead of placing the photo on a sheet of paper. Choose it when the PDF is for a screen, and choose A4 or Letter when somebody is going to print it.
