What is a contact QR code?
It holds a contact card, often called a vCard. When someone scans it, their phone opens a new contact with your details filled in, ready to save.
Why does the tool warn that my code is getting dense?
A contact card grows quickly as you add fields and notes. A dense code is harder to scan from a print, so keep the note short and print the code larger.
Can I change my details after printing?
No. The details are stored inside the code, so a change needs a new code. For details you update often, a digital business card with its own page is easier.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes. Scanning a contact code needs no internet connection, because everything the phone needs is in the code.
