Install steps for
  1. Copy the signature with the Copy button.
  2. In Gmail, open Settings, then See all settings.
  3. On the General tab, under Signature, create a new signature and paste it into the box.
  4. Scroll down and choose Save changes.

How it works

  1. Type your name, job title, company, phone, email, website and office address.
  2. Pick a layout: Minimal, Coloured bar or Compact, then a brand colour and a font.
  3. Check the live preview.
  4. Copy puts the formatted signature on your clipboard. Paste it into your email app's signature settings, following the steps for your app.

Questions

How do I add the signature in Gmail?

Open Settings, then See all settings, and find Signature. Paste the signature into the box and save at the bottom of the page.

How do I add it in Outlook or Apple Mail?

In Outlook, go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures. In Apple Mail, open Settings and then Signatures. Paste the signature and save.

Why is the signature built with tables?

Email apps strip out most modern web styling. Tables with inline styles are the layout that shows the same way in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo.

Can I write my signature in Arabic?

Yes. The fields accept Arabic text, and the signature shows it as typed. Check the preview to see how it looks before you copy it.
